Coming to the next MBO? Get a jump on the yoga moves with this short 6-minute daily session that will leave you feeling better in no time at all. (You’ll be surprised how just a little yoga goes a long way!)

Yoga for cyclists with Uma Kleppinger

Free classes, daily. Wake up your body and mind with a quiet but energizing morning practice or stretch out and decompress after a long day of riding—or do both for maximum yogic radness. Join me in the morning for a 45-minute invigorating and energizing yoga wake-me-up before breakfast. In the evening you have a choice between yin yoga with me (restorative, deep, easy stretching and breathing) or power vinyasa with Nick Manci. If you have a yoga mat, bring it, but don’t sweat it if you don’t have one! Come as you are, dressed in whatever loose or flexible clothing you are wearing. Just show up and breathe.
